The Trade and New Homes team have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join us as Trade Sales Support Co-ordinator. This will be a FTC covering maternity leave until December 2022. This is a full time office-based role, with an attractive salary of £20,500 per annum.

You will be supporting a dedicated team who all have one thing in common; they care about our customers and are committed in delivering the very best service they can do. This Trade Sales Support Co-ordinator role will see you supporting all functions of the trade division to both our New Homes and Hepplewhite brands, from customer query to Marketing and Sales support, through to office administration.

Typically, the responsibilities of our Trade Sales Support Co-ordinator include:

• Provide wide- ranging administrative support for the trade team
• Trade brochure request processing and distribution
• Bulk order management
• Updating Trade CRM/AS400 systems and records with relevant data
• Organising mail shots and product updates
• Organising the post
• Managing sample and Brochure stock
• Prepare samples for distribution
• Assist with customer meeting preparation
• Manage site Point of Sale
• Action and managing customer requests in a timely manner
• Some system input and updating
• Lead generation, distribution and record updating

Don’t worry if you are unfamiliar with terms like AS400; this is our computerised management system on which you will be trained. All that we ask is that you are eager to get stuck in, are a team player and have great attention to detail.
