The role is a term time only position working somewhere between 22 and 32 hours per week. The salary after being prorata’d is £10,251 per annum The role is an exciting new position created by the school that will drive the presence of the school on social media forward. You will have a strong sense of being part of the school community and the influence to attract new stakeholders to the school. The role has a dual focus: Marketing and HR From a marketing stance you will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders regarding marketing the school. You will coordinate all the external media outputs that the school creates. You will support the school lettings and actively promote the school’s presence for a range of activities. Finally in this area you will play an active role in all school events Secondly from HR side you will be responsible for the staff records, you will ensure that the schools recruitment process is safe and just. You will ensure that the sickness and absence reporting is up to speed and accurate. Finally, you will ensure that all the Ofsted safeguarding requirements are met.
