Learning Support Assistant for a Hinckley based school

Your new company

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be working for a primary school who require extra support within their Key Stage 1 and 2 classes.

Your new role

As a Learning Support Assistant this will require you to support the class teacher with day-to-day activities including classroom and behaviour management. You may also be required to provide one to one support with specific pupils in KS1/2. There may also be the need for whole class cover so experience in this area is also desired however not necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role as a LSA you will need the following

• At least 6 months experience working within a primary school
• Experience within the last 2 years in a primary school
• Reference details for two most recent employers
• Desire to work with pupils in KS1/2
