You will be working for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across the Warrington and Cheshire areas. Hays Education has various teaching opportunities with our Partnership Schools. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area we are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up the multiple positions we have available.
Your new role
Working with EYFS provides a unique opportunity to introduce children to the excitement of education. You will be interacting and engaging with a year group at the very beginning of their educational journey; not only showing the children what to learn but how to learn. This will provide you with the chance to give potentially life changing support on a daily basis. Moreover, working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full time or part time basis to suit your commitments and lifestyle. You will also get the opportunity to work in a variety of different schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple entry large schools.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have qualified teacher status or be looking to complete your induction year in order to be a Primary Supply Teacher. You will also need to have worked in a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with curriculum changes. You will need to be creative and intuitive in order to quickly adapt to new surroundings and situations, whilst uplifting pupils with your positivity and maintaining professionalism at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to embrace unfamiliar plans and timetables. Good communication skills are imperative as they will be utilised frequently when speaking with TA’s and other stakeholders at the school.
