Hays Social Care currently recruiting domiciliary support workers on behalf of an outstanding health care provider in Warrington. This health care organisation are currently recruiting in south Warrington.

Your new role

Your Duties Will Include

As a Support Worker you will offer in home support to vulnerable adults. You will visit the same clients for continuity and to ensure that all of your users are happy, comfortable and offered the best possible care. Your care users will have a variety of different needs such as learning difficulties, disabilities, Autism, complex needs, sensory impairments, elderly, early onset Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

  • Toileting
  • Meal preparation
  • Feeding
  • Respite care
  • Companionship
  • Personal care

ShiftsTypically shifts are 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-22:00 on weekdays and 15:00-23:00 over the weekend, but with flexible working options available hours are subject to change to fit around your own needs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

No previous experience in the care sector is required as full comprehensive training will be provided for all successful applicants. All you need is:

  • A kind, caring and compassionate personality
  • A passion for helping to others
  • Willing to learn
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact
  • A full driving license and/or access to your own vehicle
  • Proof of vaccination status or medical exemption
