Corporate Receptionist
Corporate receptionists are the face of a company. They greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other duties to ensure that clients, customers, vendors, and other external contacts have a positive experience when interacting with their organization.

Corporate receptionists typically work in an office environment where they interact with people on a daily basis. This can be both challenging and rewarding—they may deal with difficult or angry individuals at times, but they also get to meet many interesting people and make lasting connections with them.

Personal assistant responsibilities

A personal assistant’s typical duties include:

Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executivebooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organising events and conferences reminding the Manging Director and manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinestyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence managing databases and filing systems implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsliaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research. Organizing events for management and working with Portfolio companies.

Education
High school year 11 FSLC or year 12 FSFE above Diploma in English, Business Communications/Management be much appreciated. Skills as business or communications, and take courses in business, communications and computer in advanced MS Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and PowerPoint.
