Job Description

With an increasing customer demand, we are currently looking for fully flexible, full-time Customer Service Agents to join our existing H&M Family.

Full Time: Permanent, 39 hour contract

Salary: £9.98 per hour

Start dates: April (1st) May (16th)

Location: Currently working within a hybrid model; therefore, the expectation is to work both remotely and at least 4 shifts per month in our Edinburgh office, increasing over time to at least 8 shifts per month from June. When working remotely your place of work will be your home address, which must be within the United Kingdom. This model will be reviewed in the new year and office working may increase – government guideline dependent.

Operational hours: Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 9pm and at the weekend between 9am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week.
