Responsible for creating and writing user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, and instructions, explaining complicated concepts in a simple manner. Working with subject matter experts to create contect that is usable on site, and to develp and deliver training sessions. The role will require global travel.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical builds in straightforward English, alongside supporting drawings
• Work with the design, engineering and install teams to create usuable content at the appropriate level
• Create user documentation for a variety of material, including training programmes
• Deliver training programmes

About You

• Strong listening and communication skills
• Experience developing technical documentation from start to finish
• A proven ability to challenge engineers to ensure understanding is clear
• Used to working with engineering subject matter experts
• Exceptional technical document writing skills
• Designing and leading training programmes
• Able to travel internationally
