We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our HR Business Advisor team. Our key objective is to support Deloitte Consulting with HR services and guidance on people matters as well as execute on our national talent strategy.
Exciting tasks await you
Your focus is to deliver exemplary HR services and support to our HR Business Advisors (HRBAs) as well as Deloitte Consulting. You will help strengthen our support to the business by delivering data, analysis, and presentations on topics such as performance management, retention, as well as learning & development.
You will work closely with our HRBAs to execute on our annual HR processes and projects. Further you will get a supporting role in our digitalization agenda. You will also have your own areas of responsibility and projects within the HR agenda, namely exit interviews, onboarding, pipeline data, performance management data, etc.
We are looking for a colleague who is ready to learn and who thrives working with administrative tasks in an organization where no two days are alike.
Your team – HR & Talent
You will become part of our team of HRBAs, and you will be dedicated full time to support the Consulting business unit in Denmark. Your location will be our office in Copenhagen. The HRBA team is part of our national HR & Talent team where we are a total of 45 employees organized in smaller teams across HRBA, Employee Life Cycle, Legal, Attraction & Talent Sourcing, Learning and Payroll.
Deloitte Consulting is counting more than 1,000 practitioners and work together with the largest clients in the private, financial and public sectors helping them succeed with their digital, transformation, innovation, and operating efficiency agendas.
You have the following skills and experience
You are a self-driven, proactive individual with team spirit who takes pleasure in developing structure. You have an ability to combine HR and business, and you have a strong process management and optimization mindset. Furthermore, you have a natural flair for analysing data.
We expect that you have:
- A relevant education, e.g., M.Sc., HD or similar with focus on HR or business
- Recently finished your degree. Perhaps you have some experience working as an HR consultant/assistant, HR coordinator or the like
- A fluent English and Danish proficiency, spoken as well as written, which is a prerequisite
- Strong competences in the Microsoft Office package (Excel and PowerPoint).
You enjoy a dynamic and ambitious environment, and you manage to meet business needs on time and with high quality, by ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently. You are structured, great in written communication and known to take great responsibility in the processes you are involved in.
