HR Coordinator required for an industry-leading Engineering and Manufacturing SME, where you will take ownership of your work and contribute significantly to the process development in a sustainable and growing company. Main Duties:-Take ownership of current and future HR processes in line with GDPR and Employment Law
Partner with the broader HR team with duties such as Recruitment, Induction and Onboarding of New Starters and others where necessary
Resolve Cascade queries and assist with system improvements (including screens, workflows and other automated processes)
Assist with HR Audits and produce HR Statistics and Reports using Cascade
Monitor and report on attendance
Support Payroll by providing reports as required
Maintain employee records in line with GDPR and Employment Law
Administer all stages of the Training Cycle and make sure training records are up to date
Liaise with the Facilities team to keep H&S training records up to date
Manage ad-hoc projects that are relevant to the operation of the department
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including reporting accidents or near misses, to help ensure the workplace always remains safe. Experience:
Degree qualified in HR or industry experience in an HR-related role or CIPD Level 5 qualification
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
Quick to learn new IT systems
Process orientated
Flexibility to deal with and aid different groups of people up to the stakeholder level Benefits:
