This role’s main purpose is to contribute to the Human Resources Department’s strategy and use the knowledge and available resources to help the business succeed. This senior role will work with the leadership team to develop, plan, and come up with suggestions for improvements where necessary.
The perfect fit candidate will work closely with line managers to ensure a great experience for our people and offer consultancy and expertise in the talent management area.
Main responsibilities:
• Work closely with the leadership team of the company to ensure the best employee experience
• Generating official internal documents in compliance with the legal requirements
• Onboard new hires and make sure the first day is planned and the new hire has a positive experience in the company
• Dealing with day-to-day queries and where necessary directing queries to a team or person that could help
• Provide timely and accurate information, ensure compliance with the company’s process, data protection requirements, and best practices regarding the maintenance of the HR records
• Support line managers on talent management-related topics and projects
• Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice on social platforms and in professional groups
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as an HR generalist or Talent management officer
• High education in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, or a related field
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to demonstrate high judgment, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
