We’re currently looking for HR Specialists.
1. Marketing & Sales HR Specialist will be located in Istanbul Maslak HQ.
2. Campus HR Specialist will be located in Istanbul Esenyurt.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
- Up to 2 years of HR experience,
- Well – developed interviewing and assessment skills,
- Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
- Self-motivated and excellent team player,
- Project management skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
- Very good command of both written and spoken English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for;
- Executing HR functions such as Recruitment, Career Management and Employee Relations
- Leading or contributing to HR related projects
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate values
