Implementation Specialist – SME/Database Specialist
The Subject Matter Experts (SME) works with Implementation Team to perform software setup, data extraction, transformation and loading into respective software applications. They also work closely with Technical Support and Development teams to troubleshoot and report product/customer issues.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Perform software setup and virtual machine configuration.
- Perform database maintenance, data extraction, transformation and loading into respective software applications
- Write complex relational queries and script UPDATE/INSERT statements based on database structure.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of respective software applications and ancillary products
- Expedites, document and facilitates communication between Customers, Software Dev. and Technical Support Team members
- Provides and maintains accurate documentation of custom scripts, setups, and databases
- Creation/Modification of printouts (Crystal Reports) and web reports (SSRS)

- SQL Scripting, T-SQL preferred.
