Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing tactical management and administrative/leadership support to project teams, to ensure that the project proceeds within the agreed tolerances of time/budget and delivers a fit-for-purpose outcome to the consumer.
  • Managing IT projects and driving the project team from start through completion.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Takes ownership of any customer concerns and rectifies them.
  • Negotiate the use of resources in a matrix management environment.
  • Bringing to the attention of management any circumstances causing delays, concern, or requiring the higher level authority to proceed.
  • Creating and adapting strategies while providing flexible outcomes for merchant needs
  • Identifying business development opportunities.
  • Managing project reporting, project reviews, and project steering meetings.
  • Identifying user training needs and managing user training programs.
  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks & projects.
  • Being responsible and accountable for the team & project.
  • Project reporting, meeting with the client, Project monitoring and control.
  • Preparing Project Plan, WBS, Resource Plan, Activity duration management, and Task allocation along with utilization.

  • Good communication skills and fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
  • Knowledge of Web Development
  • Familiar with Project Management platforms and methods
  • Experience within the IT industry is a must
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • ECommerce experience is a plus
  • Shopify experience is a plus
