LEaD (Learn Explore and Develop) is our internship program, focusing on developing you professionally for the next stage of your career.
As an Intern, you will be assigning to a project by your respective team. You will be responsible for identifying & defining project requirements along with your team. Assist to plan actions, timeframes & resources that are required for the projects. Collaborate with different stakeholders and keep them aligned through effective communication.
It’s a paid internship program. And we are looking for interns for the following functions:
- Merchandising
- Product Development
- Material
- Capacity & Capability
- Sustainability & Compliance
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to be strong in communication. We are expecting someone who have positive attitude and is ready to take challenges. You need to be a final year graduating student. In this role, you will be working with all functions which needs greater collaboration and teamwork. Your sense of planning & prioritizing will help you to manage different assignments. You lead by example and driven by our values! You maintain good relations with all the stakeholders. You are energetic and encourage all team members to follow H&M internal routine
