- PC workstation hardware and software problem diagnostic, identification, and RESOLVING
- Network connectivity set-up for PC workstations and printers
- PC workstations and printer trouble shooting
- PC anti-virus scan
- Microsoft basic application software support
- Support major endpoint utilities software
- Win10 PC Operating System support
Requirements
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
- Experience in meeting room equipment and network equipment is an advantage
- Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
