As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for a Marketing Officer to reinforce our sales & marketing department.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the Company by supporting our Sales team in reaching the Business Development goals.

Job Description

  • Support our Sales team with materials such as brochures, flyers, etc
  • Liaise with other relevant internal as well as external parties including printers, graphic designers, digital agencies, etc
  • Propose and take ownership of marketing materials (e.g., goodies)
  • Develop internal and external communications (e.g., aircraft communications, roll ups)
  • Contribute to the creation of digital content, including social media and e-mailings with the team
  • Assist with web development and updates, including SEO/SEA support
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including stock inventory, invoices, and budget management
  • Assist with other marketing tasks and special projects such as event organization, annual yearbook, partnerships, etc
  • Work alongside other departments including IT, Operations, HR, Finance, etc

Profile

  • Educational background in Marketing & Communication
  • Prior experience in Marketing and/or Communication – preferably within an international environment
  • Fluency in English and French – other languages considered an advantage
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills preferred
  • Strong team player working in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, with great organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to be flexible and work autonomously
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design package considered an advantage
  • Driving license is preferable
