Job Description

Position Title : Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities :

l Capturing market opportunities in designated region

l Acquisitions of new EPC customers.

l Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support

l Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs

l Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company

l Support marketing activities and market communications

l Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry

l Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers

Qualification Criteria :

l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics.

l Good understanding of the local PV market

l A minimum of 2-3years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (Electrical applications, energy, etc.)

l Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.

l Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.

l Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.

l Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills

l High reliability and ability to work under pressure

l Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork

l Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis

l Good sense of teamwork.

Language Requirement:

1. Proficiency in English & French
