About the job

Our client is a leading international corporate bank which deals with a number of large institutional clients and manages the loan documentation process on their behalf across project finance, infrastructure finance, Islamic finance, aviation finance and syndicated loan markets.

They’re looking for an experienced legal/banking professional to join their busy TMG function in London. This team in London is a very important function for the bank’s global operations and deals with many high-profile clients and is involved in the financing for large infrastructure projects across the developing world.

This Person Would Have

• 7+ years of experience in the loan documentation space, ideally at another large corporate banking institution
• Strong experience in structuring of large corporate loans (circa £1bn+), drafting, reviewing and negotiating of legal documentation
• Good knowledge of project, aviation, Islamic, infrastructure or syndicated loan markets
• Must have a legal background and ideally be a qualified lawyer – paralegal or similar experience also considered
