PMO Manager (Agile) – Financial Services – Remote Working

My client is a leading major UK Banking Group, offering financial products across Retail, Business, Private, Wealth and Investment Banking.

Sitting within Commercial & Retail Banking, there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO Manager to join an exciting business transformation programme and play a key role in driving the over success of the initiative.

My client is looking for a PMO Manager, ideally from a financial services background , to join this change programme and play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the PMO from a portfolio level, planning and setting up the projects, co-ordinating change, creating the governance and ensuring delivery is on time, within cost and to specification.

A key focus for this position is delivering change in an Agile way. The successful candidate must have experience working and delivering in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and initiate deliverables in accordance with Agile methodologies
• Create governance in accordance with best practice
• Run workshops and successfully communicate and manage senior stakeholders
• Coordination and management of the change portfolio
• Reporting and communications.

Requirements

• 10 years+ PMO experience , must be currently operating at Manager/Lead/ Senior /Portfolio Level
• Financial services background
• Delivered change and great understanding of Agile practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
