Payment BA / Payment PO Opportunity – FinTech Form

I am supporting a FinTech firm heavily invested by a large UK retail bank looking to hire a Product Owner and Business Analyst aligned to payments.

The client is a merchant acquiring payments company that allow small and medium-sized businesses in the UK to take card payments. The product owner and Business Analyst will support management in driving the development of the firm’s digital channels’ priorities and investment needs, putting the customer at the heart of the digital channel plans and constantly improving their digital journey. This will also be an opportunity to oversee the service delivery of the digital channel set, making sure all aspects of the firm’s digital customer journey deliver an exceptional customer experience .

Requirements

• Product Owner or Product Management
• Payment background
• Banking experience ideally Merchant Banking
• Experience working in a FinTech environment
• Strong Stakeholder management experience
• Ideally internal experience but on candidates with consulting experience
