About The Information Security Function

Our Information Security teams support both our customers and our staff to securely use our systems and services while protecting them and the company from threats and incidents. Ensuring the security of all our data and maintaining compliance with all necessary regulations is paramount to the business. We focus on continuous improvement of our security controls and will use the latest tools, technologies and techniques, including engineering our own solutions, to achieve this while also making sure we reduce friction and make our processes as efficient and effective as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a crucial part of our company and our team strives to make service-desk oriented processes, and related solutions, as seamless and frictionless as possible while also ensuring compliance with all policies and maintaining strong audit trails. We need an experienced person comfortable with both operational management and strategic technology projects to lead our Identity and Access Management team. They will govern, manage and operate Enterprise Grade IAM processes, solutions, custom engineering/automation, people and strategic planning as required and relevant. They will effectively manage a team, its workload and initiatives, whilst also remaining hands-on where needed to get things done. They will successfully operate, monitor and improve an ‘internal customer’ focused Service Desk in an SLA and process driven mindset. They will also push improvement and maturity across the IAM space to better serve colleagues (less friction/more speed/more automation) while ensuring strong Security and Compliance practices.

Continually scale and improve IAM as a capability

Effectively Manage IAM people, processes and technology

Build secure and mature processes

Create and manage Roadmaps and KPIs to monitor progress and performance

Evolve our strategy and solutions and drive the big picture.


More than 5 years of experience in the information security field, or in the Information Technology field with direct exposure and experience with IAM

Strong experience with IAM tools, technologies and processes

Experience with leading people, teams and projects, and engaging with various stakeholders from management to engineers

Good knowledge across wider Information Security or IT Domains

Experience with Okta, Google, Jira or similarelated technologies

Thorough understanding of IAM concepts, theories and practices – RBAC, ABAC, Least Privilege, Zero Trust, Recertification.
