My client, a leading global bank, are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support one of their major programmes.

Description

A significant Liquidity Change programme is underway in order to roll out global systems and a standard operating model to support liquidity reporting. The programme includes implementation of a global liquidity reporting solution on Cloud platform for regulatory and internal liquidity reporting, implementation and maintenance of standard data feeds from source systems.

This role is required to provide senior business analysis on the global Treasury Change projects, with a specific focus on Liquidity reports. The role holder will be required to work with Group and local stakeholders to define requirements, identify solutions and support the change implementation process for liquidity reporting and data sourcing projects.

In particular, the role holder will be required to take a lead role in a range of analytical and project activities, including development of business requirements through discussion and workshops, working with users and IT to develop and document solutions (systems and process), data analysis, and identification and management of project dependencies, risks and issues. The role holder will be required to work with regional users and IT, as well as global stakeholders to deliver project activities. The role requires an understanding of Finance reporting processes, and systems and data landscape.

Key Knowledge/ Experience Required For The Role

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, with core focus on writing detailed business requirements in Liquidity reporting, specifically covering LCR, NSFR, PRA110 reporting
• Good understanding of the trading book covering key products of derivatives, reposev repos, bonds shorts/longs, and the banking book covering retail and operational deposits
• Strong understanding of Finance reporting and processes, general accounting knowledge beneficial Strong data analysis skills, including working knowledge of SQL
