Jr. Account Representative
The Junior Account Representative will work closely with customers at all points along the customer fulfillment chain, enabling the successful continuation and escalation of profitable partnerships. Responsibilities will include reviewing customer operational processes, incorporating the use of our software and services, recommending improvements to processes, evaluating the value of those improvements and monitoring the ongoing relationship with the customer.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Minimum an Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years’ experience managing customer-facing projects and accounts
- Experienced in the simultaneous management of multiple project plans
- Proven track record of producing high-quality and timely deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain personal work performance while addressing multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools specifically Outlook, Excel, Word
