Researching, processing, transforming IT data and delivering reports to CONTEXT internal teams and clients

Main Tasks and Accountabilities
- Processing data in CONTEXT product database including categorisation and matching
- Creating and maintaining product and reseller reference tables following rules defined by CONTEXT
- Researching product information to support the creation or changes to the categories that CONTEXT monitors
- Quality checks on data consistency
- Performing data extraction and transformation
- Creating and delivering reports to clients and/or information providers and/or product/project managers
- Responding to internal or external data enquiries and keeping record of actions. Follow-up on action
Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required
- Interest and knowledge of the IT industry
- Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
Character and Personal Qualities
- Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Willingness to learn and progress
