The role:

We’re looking for a person that will be responsible for configuration, content updates, coordination, and different site operations in a virtual event platform.

First 2-3 months you will learn all there is to know about Kaltura’s Virtual Event platform, about our top Tier 1 customers and how important your work will be in operating the world’s number one virtual event platform. And this is only the beginning….

This is a full time position, availability to work 24/7 shifts is required, including weekends.

After qualifying and passing the internal training period you will join our team and take more responsibility, and eventually take part in leading events!

The day-to-day:

  • Responsible for the event Management Console for various configurations
  • Provides technical moderation for live chat rooms
  • Supports the customer in uploading and mapping content before and during the event.
  • Responsible for website content updates, including new content availability, homepage changes, validation on embargoed content
  • Manages the various notifications during the event
  • Administrates sponsorship related activities, including ads and banners changes, quizzes and treasure hunts updates, etc.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • High technical skills
  • Fluent in English – a must
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, HTML, etc – Advantage
