Senior Brand Manager

Maternity Cover (10 months, up to August 2023)

Slough (hybrid/dynamic working model)

As Senior Brand Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Create & inspire the business on the 3 year brand vision, strategy and plan
  • Execute the in year brand plan
  • Cross functional alignment with key project teams and stakeholders e.g. Sales, Innovation, Trade and Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales, Finance, Forecasting
  • To forge strong relationships both internally (factories, sales, marketing) & with agency partners (Social/digital, design, BTL, PR agencies)
  • To lead any brand positioning & creative campaign workstreams and activation as and when required
  • P&L and Marketing Budget ownership
  • Support, develop & coach the ABM
  • Be an active & participative member of the energetic and lively 50 strong marketing team

Job requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, nimble, ‘go get’ attitude with a challenger brand mindset
  • Digitally savvy, inquisitive and engaged with your consumer
  • Comfortable and suited to non-classic, non-mainstream marketing lever activation (eg social media)
  • Creative, strategic, passionate and excited about brands, people, marketing, contemporary culture
  • End to end full mix marketing experience, including long-term Strategic and annual Brand Planning
  • A positive, forward, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and looking to make a difference!
  • Commercially minded with the ability to successfully prioritise workload
  • Able to make recommendations and inspire and influence upward
  • FMCG food and/or drinks brand management experience is essential
