We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support us in mapping, attracting and hire top talent from across the world.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building.
  • talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
  • high quality candidates to fill key roles across globe
  • with all employee and external candidate referrals
  • candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
  • and documenting initial screening interviews
  • with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.
  • tracking, reporting managing and reporting on candidate pipelines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification
  • 3-5 years Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience required with proven success in utilizing a range of direct sourcing tools
  • Agency experience non-negotiable
  • The ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills
  • Proven track record in the following.
  • Talent sourcing across regions within an international organization is (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with current and emerging direct sourcing techniques
  • Financial services, consulting and technology or IT recruitment (highly preferred)
  • Experience in conducting behavioral / competency- based interviews
  • Problem solving and creative thinking around strategies for identifying quality talent.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel)
