We are looking for someone to help out in various areas of financial administration and invoicing processes in Finland.

About the Role 🚀

You are monitoring our accounts receivables, doing the occasional accounting tasks in Procountor / Accountor Finago software as well as helping out with other ad hoc related tasks.

In more detail you will focus on the following:

Managing & tracking accounts receivables
Contacting our customers in invoicing related matters
Doing administrative tasks such as expense reports, receipts etc.

Your typical day will revolve around the invoicing processes with some additional tasks here and there. You will be reporting to the CFO and get training on the software / tools we are using (mainly Procountor & Younium). The role at the beginning would not be a full-time role, but there is an opportunity to take more responsibility in the future.

Who Are You 🔥

We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:

Some experience with accounting & finance related tasks
Understanding of financials & accounting tools
Native Finnish speaker as many of our customers are Finnish speakers
Fluent in English (we are a multinational company)
Comfortable with reaching out to customers via email & phone
Organized & willing to learn
