???? The roleProduct at Learnerbly

Learnerbly is looking for a Head of Growth to help drive our experimentation as we continue to scale. Reporting into Danny Yau, our Chief Product Officer, we’ll need you to act as the change agent that drives learning across the company using hypothesis driven experimentation to deliver growth across the business.

You evangelise growth theory and experimentation and seek comfort in sharing stories about failure driven success. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about growth, Jobs To Be Done, testing and iteration, who can turn ideas into actionable MVPs to test, measure and learn. You are particular about positioning, messaging and go to market strategy and you deeply understand that true learnings stem from review, retros and reflection. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to nurture, educate and take the wider organisation on the journey of what is possible when ideas are simplified and tested.

Working closely with our commercial teams you will love collaboration (because we really do ????) and bring a customer first mindset when working with them. You’re not phased by changing priorities and focus, you know how to adapt quickly and use your experience, data and business intelligence to course correct. You have a keen eye for Product, Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing.

Joining at this early stage will give you a role with huge autonomy as you act as a guiding light for our growth team within Learnerbly. Identifying opportunities as they appear, you will be able to adapt to drive them through successfully. With the support of the rest of Learnerbly, we will be looking to you to build a high performing growth team that will set us up for success as we continue to scale.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Running experiments across the business and lots of them! # of learnings is your measure of success.
  • Forming, norming and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth for the business.
  • Working closely with Sales to drive sales conversion and ideate on ways to deliver more inbound leads.
  • Lead a performance marketing function to execute on delivering Marketing Qualified Leads through existing (e.g. blog, PR, paid, search) and new channels.
  • Working collaborative with Product and Engineering teams with Product-led approaches to increasing customer acquisition and user engagement.
  • Developing our communications, positioning and language-market fit to speak our buyers, learners and supplier messaging.
  • Ideate and validate methodologies to accelerate growth across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral.
  • Build a culture of learning within Learnerbly and relentlessly improve our internal processes.
  • Managing, motivating and coaching a team of three high-performers.

This role will be a great fit if:

  • You have proven experience building an international (B2B/B2C)SaaS business from Series A+ into an established and trusted brand.
  • You are familiar with Jobs To Be Done with the compassion to understand our customers needs and aspirations.
  • You’re entrepreneurial, love getting your hands dirty, and familiar with product-led growth.
  • You’re obsessed with solving hard problems, highly analytical in your thinking using data to inform your decisions but is also comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • You have creative ideas, both the hypotheses you want to test and the experiments you run to validate them.
  • You can lead without managing, you’re an excellent storyteller with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team.
  • You have experience overseeing a growth team and its cross collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Data and Engineering.
  • You love to teach, coach, support others (it’s our jam)
