Job Description

Ledgent is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for a company in Orlando! This is an immediate direct hire opportunity!

Duties Include

  • Process weekly timesheets
  • Enter employee set up and changes
  • Analyze and complete unemployment claims
  • Work with HR to resolve issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle payroll experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (highly preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Deltek payroll software
