About the job
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator (Records and Programmes) to join the expanding Records Team within Student Administration. The Records Team is responsible for all administrative functions relating to student records including timetabling, student registration, student loan administration and the co-ordination and management of graduation events. The team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all students and staff.
The successful postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of functions relating to programme record set up and maintenance, programme registration and external reporting. They will be expected to work closely across the Student Administration team, contributing as necessary to all aspects of Student Administration activity.
The successful candidate will have strong proven administrative skills and experience and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility individually, and as part of a team. You will also be able to demonstrate good IT skills along with the ability to manage your time. Experience of Higher Education administration would be an advantage and a positive and proactive outlook are essential.
