Job Description

Lifeways Group are looking for experienced Support Workers in Warrington. We have full time, part time and bank positions available

You will be based in Warrington, working across our 4 independent living services, supporting people living with mental health issues, maintaining physical and mental well being

To be considered for this role, you must have previous care experience and ideally some experience supporting adults with mental health and complex needs.

Duties Include

  • Providing emotional and behavioural support
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assisting with daily living and independent skills, working towards individual goals
  • Maintaining personal hygiene and wellbeing.
  • Supporting and communicating with relatives and carers.
  • Medicine management
  • Budgeting
  • Other ad hoc duties

We provide 24-hour support to our service users each and every day. We are therefore looking for people who can work days or waking nights. We also have bank positions available.

All applicants will be required to complete a DBS that is paid for by the company
