We wish to introduce ourselves as LightnShade which is the marketing brand of L & S Engineering (PVT) Ltd. We based in Dehiwala Sri Lanka. The company operates few Showrooms, placed strategically in the commercial’s hubs of the island.

 

LightnShade is subsidiary of the AVARNA ventures along with its other subsidiaries; Rainco, WorldofOutDoor, Wallspan, Millerhalz, Spotless, MeubelHouse, Homelux, Quickpak and blink.

 

Responsibilities

  • Planning and developing CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retain existing customers and increase brand loyalty.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with other departments and cross functional teams and external agencies on projects.
  • Become the data custodian, analysis and generate insight to grow the business and initiate project
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals and overseeing the communication related to event and exhibition activities 

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing management or/ and Cim/SLIM fully or partial qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and PR skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be advantage).
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and go getter spirit
  • Ability to priorities and multi task
  • Motorcycle with a valid driving license
