Our Cardiff Transformation Hub is on a journey to build the bank of the future, and we need your help!

Location: Cardiff (2 days week in the office)

We’re continuing our extensive transformation programme, with an investment of £3bn, redefining what a bank is from the inside out. We want you to join our diverse team, and you’ll experience a rare opportunity to impact the lives of more than 26 million customers through brands including Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Blackhorse, Lex Autolease and Scottish Widows.

We need people who can make this transformation a reality.

Our focus in Cardiff is the Motor Finance brands – Blackhorse and Lex Autolease. Our vision for Motor Finance is to remain as the UK’s market leader in Motor Finance, continually evolving to provide an outstanding multi-channel experience for all our customers now and in the future. We’re redefining what a bank is from the inside out. Our technology, our culture, and our approach is changing to craft a true engineering-led organisation.

Who should apply?

Do you have an open engineering mindset with skills in Digital technologies? Do you have experience in transformation and a passion for using technology to solve every day problems then we want to hear from you!

We’re open to skill’s but experience in any of the below would be preferable :-

Digital including – C# / .Net / JavaScript – React or NodeJS / REST API’s
DevOps, Containerization, Microservices
Cloud technologies.
