Our Cardiff Transformation Hub is on a journey to build the bank of the future, and we need your help!

Location: Cardiff (2 days week in the office)

We’re continuing our extensive transformation programme, with an investment of £3bn, redefining what a bank is from the inside out. Our focus in Cardiff is the Motor Finance brands – Blackhorse and Lex Autolease. Our vision for Motor Finance is to remain as the UK’s market leader in Motor Finance, continually evolving to provide an outstanding multi-channel experience for all our customers now and in the future. We’re redefining what a bank is from the inside out. Our technology, our culture, and our approach is changing to craft a true engineering-led organisation.

Who should apply?

Do you have an open engineering mindset with skills in Digital technologies? Do you have experience in transformation and a passion for using technology to solve every day problems then we want to hear from you!

We’re open to skill’s but experience in any of the below would be preferable :-

  • Digital including – C# / .Net / JavaScript – React or NodeJS / REST API’s

  • DevOps, Containerization, Microservices

  • Cloud technologies.
