Our ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, existing high-quality contacts, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end gallery environment. The position requires an outgoing individual who is self-motivated, a quick learner with excellent communication skills, and who feels at ease engaging with UHNW’s daily.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Continuously develop successful relationships with clients and prospects to generate sales.

· Focus on achieving monthly sales targets with energy and enthusiasm

· Greeting clients with a professional and enthusiastic attitude, always delivering outstanding customer service

· Simultaneously build loyalty with existing clients and prospect new clients, ensuring a continuous pipeline of sales prospects.

· Apply and develop a strong knowledge of the art market, art industry and artists on the Maddox roster.

· Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication to contribute to a positive working environment

· Support the continuous development of successful client communications through qualitative feedback to senior management and marketing.

The Ideal Candidate

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· A minimum of 5 years of retail experience in luxury goods required with exceptional interpersonal and selling skills; a background in the arts is preferred.

· Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule as determined by business volume; some late nights for special events, VIP visits and openings will be necessary

· Must be flexible to work some weekends and public holidays.
