The Reethi Restaurant Manager leads, manages and organizes all requirements for the Reethi restaurant to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as determined by the Director of Food & Beverage. He ensures proper sanitation in the outlets under his/her jurisdiction, adequate stocks of food & beverage, inter – department coordination and training. Carries full responsibility of the operating equipment including inventory levels. Displays creativity in menu engineering together with F&B management, and ensures that the department exceeds revenue budgets and cost set by the resort. Ensures and enforces the set service standard procedures by directing, supervising, training and motivating staff to perform to the highest level of service. Communicates with guests and shares feedback with Chefs and Management to ensure high levels of food & beverage service quality and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.
