Grow-Tec Marketing Enterprise was established as a wholesale and distribution company in 1992. Our main product lines are in the Infant and Baby categories where we supply accessories, apparel and toys to all of Brunei’s major retailers.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
  • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  • Leading, planning and executing events of different scales in various formats.
  • Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Driving performance marketing via Facebook Ads.
  • Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or Event Management within Consumer and Retail industry.
  • You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing, App Marketing would be a strong advantage.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
