This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join their business as they continue with their growth plans. You will take ownership for driving their global marketing activities, advancing their brand, and defining and managing their lead generation programmes to grow the sales pipeline for their products and services. You will be responsible for owning their web, digital and social media presence, together with their content marketing strategy and all public relations activity.
You will also actively participate in our client business development strategy, fine-tuning the approach and showing innovation and challenge to support the sales team to generate qualified prospects and reporting on this to keep the team and wider company abreast of status and progress.
As a true expert in your field, you’ll stay tuned to the market and competition, participating in a variety of meetings and events, staying abreast of the marketplace and helping to differentiate the company.
You will report to the Head of International of our client, which is one of the Business Units within the company and partner with them to grow their new customer portfolio over the next 1-3 years and beyond. They anticipate much of this growth to come from outside the UK – predominantly Eastern Europe and African / Asian markets.

1 Creating, managing and delivering a brand evolution plan and internal communications strategy
2 Generating case studies, press releases and media coverage for new customer wins, and maximising the value of existing customers via case studies and press releases
3 Providing marketing support for the Sales leadership team
4 Positioning the company positively in the BSS marketplace, working closely with their Product Managers to ensure correct positioning and messaging to ensure their value propositions are on point and relevant
5 Designing and directing global lead generation programs, including telemarketing, online, email, events and webinars, to push their brand and generate the marketing qualified leads our client required to fuel their growth
6 Designing and directing an effective lead nurture program to improve conversion rates and accelerate the sales process
7 Developing and leading an account-based marketing program to generate opportunities in target accounts
8 Providing marketing support for sales activities, which may include propsects, generating marketing information for RFP responses and proposals, and contributing to periodic QBRs
9 Developing a structured and auditable Marketing process aligned with the latest digital marketing practices
10 Calibrate marketing investment (staff, content, trade shows, PR, partners, tools), to achieve and sustain marketing deliverables and targets
11 Provide quarterly analysis of ongoing marketing performance (ROMI, pipeline growth, pipeline coverage, MQL/SQL conversion rates, other)
12 Directing PR/Analysts Relations and social media programmes, including the PR strategy, press releases, speaking abstracts and social media content
13 Directing the creation, maintenance and development of their website content
14 Overseeing digital programs to continually strengthen their social media presence
15 Leading and driving the digital marketing strategy This includes ensuring the availability of all digital platforms and assets and managing the maintenance and development of the website.

17 Supporting the KPI reporting and marketing lead management via Salesforce.com
18 Management and leading of the marketing function
19 Leading, coaching and developing the Marketing & Communications Manager
20 Collaborating with and advising the management team in respect of all marketing activities
21 Attending management meetings, annual events, and other activities directed by the CEO
22 Responsible for the oversight and continual improvement of the management systems (IMS) including clear objectives and focus for all employees and clear and appropriate standards and measures of performance to satisfy the standards, legal and other obligations
23 Awareness and compliance of ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301 and GDPR regulations
24 Help create a culture of learning, trust and self-improvement
25 Any other duties as required to drive their growth targets
We’re seeking a dynamic, driven and energetic person for this high-profile role, with the gravitas and leadership to take their business to the next level.
You Will Have
1 At least 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive marketing role
2 At least 2 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry
3 A BSS background is preferred, and familiar with the BSB and BSC billing marketplaces
4 High proficiency in MS Office, WordPress CMS, HubSpot marketing automation, Salesforce, Google tools (e.g. Analytics, Ads), and other marketing platforms and technologies
5 Basic HTML skills
6 The ability to express ideas clearly and confidently
7 The ability to understand technical concepts and articulate to a variety of audiences
8 Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
9 Passion and energy in everything you do
10 A focus on results and be highly action-orientated
11 Analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaigns
12 The ability to communicate and work with stakeholders at all levels
