Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Location: Birchwood, Warrington

Due to our continued expansion McCarthy Recruitment are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to join our highly successful recruitment team in our office based in Warrington, who has previous experience of recruiting in a fast-paced sales environment. This is an immediate start role and we are open to full and part time hours (across 5 days a week). We have already added to our team recently and looking for somebody to join us and continue bringing great talent to our business. The role will also support the training and development of the team, identifying and nurturing future talent to support succession planning.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, hiring amazing talent into all roles
  • You will be focused on recruiting ‘Very McCarthy People’ by recruiting behaviours and looking for people who are engaging, driven, resilient and tenacious
  • You will manage the end-to-end candidate search and selection process working closely with the Senior Management Team
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting the best talent around using a variety of different tools
  • Partner with the Senior Management team to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Create and execute campaigns, use appropriate platforms to attract talent, and define best interview processes
  • In partnering with the Senior Management team ensure that the people plan aligns to the annual business plan and sales growth / targets
  • Ensuring adverts are delivering the right candidates and managing high volume of applications
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates and ensuring an optimum candidate experience at all stages of the process
  • Working in conjunction with the Marketing team to promote our brand and vacancies to maximise candidate attraction strategies
  • Providing coaching and support to new team members throughout their induction and training process
  • Identify future talent within the business and support the Senior Management team in nurturing future talent, feeding into future succession planning
  • Manage the induction program and ensure timely delivery of all new starter training
  • Deliver training to support the development of new team members and the continued development of the existing team
  • Identify opportunities to evolve and improve training material


  • You will take the time to really understand our brand and culture

  • Previous internal recruitment experience in a sale environment
