Job Responsibilities:

A- Plan, organize, and report on internal staff training activities to ensure the best performance by MAM staff

·         Cooperate with relevant departments with succession planning program

·        Facilitate all required training courses for appointed candidates and do evaluation to eliminate the failed candidates

·        Cooperate with HRD to observe the candidate during On-the-Job Training (OJT), Coaching & Mentoring Program

·         Schedule the presentation of summary report for candidates after their OJT

·         Work with HRD to do evaluation and elimination for finalized candidates.

·        Review courses periodically to ensure that Program objectives are met by consulting with HRD, relevant departments, and projects   

B- Review and develop Leadership Program for MAM and Projects

·        Review and update the curriculum to meet the MAM business objectives

·        Develop and review relevant training materials and training methods

·        Announce and facilitate selection of internal trainers and appropriate participants from relevant departments for the program

·        Evaluate and report behavior change/progress of performance of participants after completing the course to relevant departments and committee

C- Conduct TNA to prepare training calendar and training budget

·        Announce the TNA annually and send the updated TNA form to relevant departments and projects (conduct an orientation if necessary)

·        Collect and analyze completed TNA form from relevant departments to prepare draft prioritized training plan for every department and projects

·        Finalize annual training calendar after collect each training calendar from each department and projects and submit for approval

·        Prepare training budget according to training calendar, operations of training department & training cost benchmarking and submit for approval

D- Provide effective training/coaching courses to staff with supportive learning environment

·        Referring to TNA, Design, update and deliver training/coaching courses related to specialty, skills and work experience when needed

·        Facilitate the administrative tasks for request of staff capacity building to external training centers

·        Coordinate internal and external Training Courses and summarize evaluation

E- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager

·        Facilitate Internal coaching program

·        Assist New Employee Orientation Program

·        Provide support to Internship Programs

·        Do Leadership Survey and Market Survey 

 

Job Requirement:

·        At least 4-year experiences in Learning and Development or related fields

·        At least Bachelor in Education or Business or related fields, MBA/MEd is a plus

·     Good knowledge of Training Needs Assessment, development of curriculum, planning, organization and evaluation of training courses and workshops

·        Good English, Chinese is a plus, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Assess, and Power Point)

·        Good analytical, communication and presentation skill.

·        Good interpersonal skills for effective work relationships with people at all levels

·        Ability to perform multi-tasks within tight deadlines without close supervision

·        Flexible, dynamic and energetic

·        Teamwork spirit, morality and working discipline

·        Able travel to the field and/or stay overnight
