Mixtiles is one of the biggest B2C startups in Israel, selling hundreds of millions of dollars a year, manufactures and delivers over a million framed photos every month to happy customers in over a hundred countries. Our Operation team manages 6 factories in the US and Europe, with hundreds of workers and millions of shipments every month. Our culture of operational excellence has been one of the key drivers to the company’s growth and profitability.

Today, we’re close to becoming the largest global company in photos on walls. Within three years, we want to be by far the largest global player ($400M). To do that we need to roll out new products at high speed. We also want to dramatically make photos on walls more accessible, which means ambitious cost reductions, including deploying entirely new product architectures.

All of this, with super professional management of scale, quality, manufacturing processes, and more.

We’re looking for an exceptional VP Operations to lead and manage the supply chain and operation engineering teams.

Who do we need?

Experienced operations manager, comfortable with supply chain logistics and operations engineering
Systems thinker who can analyze and improve processes at high detail
Innovative thinker who can bring a fresh approach to the field and move at startup speeds
Ability to set operations strategy and drive processes’ improvement
Experience in establishing a new factory – nice to have
B2C experience – great advantage

On top of this, you should be super smart, dynamic, a great communicator, care about what you do and how it moves the needle.
