Job Description

Are you a Preschool Teacher ready to make a bigger impact on the education of young children? We are looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals who passionately embrace their work with children.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily activities in line with the school curriculum
  • Carry out routine care duties
  • Ensure safety and hygiene of children
  • Plan, supervise and deliver the lessons/programmes in accordance with the policies, guideline and framework
  • Prepare appropriate teaching materials
  • Classroom management and foster positive learning environment
  • Keep accurate records of the childrens’ progress
  • Build and maintain close partnership with parents
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children
  • Decorate the room with bulletin boards, pictures, children’s art work, etc
  • Keep classroom, storage rooms, and bathroom clean, neat, and in an orderly manner
  • Involved in childcare/pre-school centre activities such as concert, excursion, promotion events, open house and all other organized activities of the centre
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

  • Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Early Years or Fundamental Certificate (ACEY/FECCE)
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (CPT/DPT)
  • Good written & Verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Preferably have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in a preschool environment
  • Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply as Assistant Teacher. Training will be provided.
