Today we are looking for Bentley, Maserati and Aston Martin Service Adviser, to be the first contact for our clients in daily car maintenance and the owner of all the aftersales technical solutions.

Main responsibilities:

Customers’ cars registration to the workshop and full client service on a one-stop basis;
The primary assessment of car defects and service demand;
Delegation of work to technicians and follow-up of work completion
Encouraging timely warranty service and offering additional benefits to the clients;
Administration work with orders, bills, factory reports;
Collaboration with the manufactory on a daily basis.

Requirements

To be our perfect fit we expect you to have:

Work experience with client service, customer support, or sales;
Have excellent time planning skills, diligence, attention to details;
Excellent communication skills, positive and can-do attitude, and initiative;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages;
Driver license;
Automotive experience or passion for cars is a plus.

Monthly salary:

From 1600 EUR gross basic salary + unlimited bonus depends on personal results.
