You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks.
  • Coordinate with GP team and Ensure the correct accounting for the plant.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More About This Role

What you need to know about this position:

Business partner of local plant management in providing financial support for Manufacturing Section under guidance of Plant Controller & in collaboration with production Manager, in terms of section specific cost budgeting, actual cost tracking, Validating of the Accounting entries, gap analysis between standard and actual performance and in order to ensure fulfilling of Section’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Support / provide financial KPI data for DMS (daily management system) – IL6S.

Education / Certifications:

University degree in Accounting & Finance.

Professional Accounting/ Finance Degree Preferable.

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years in Accounting & Finance Role with manufacturing accounting experience required depending on size of manufacturing section. Ideally in an international environment.
  • Excel
  • Good PC literacy in terms of SAP & other manufacturing applications and MS -Office.
  • Fluent in English
  • Country’s local language preferable
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing section finance environment.
  • Well organized with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
  • Proven track record of self-management and time management.
  • Drive for results, proactive and action oriented.
  • Proven organizational agility.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle fast paced changing environment.
