A rare opportunity has arisen for a UX/Digital Design Director to join an integrated creative agency in the heart of London. This is a brand new team so a great opportunity for a DD looking to get involved in the hiring and growth of their own designers.

This agency partner with some of the biggest brands in the tech, fashion & sport sectors. Some notables include Nike, Huawei, EE and Sky. Traditionally the work spans across branded environments, retail design, digital, brand comms and advertising.

Working with some of the world’s leading brands and retailers, the successful candidate will take the creative lead on multiple small to large-sized UX and digital design projects, running complex presentation meetings with clients and contractors. Working across the full creative process from user research and wireframing to design, you will influence the design direction of the team’s work and sensitively challenge the client brief to push creative boundaries.

It’s a given that as a Design Director you will have the ability to effectively lead and conduct client meetings/ presentations with confidence. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the design team, leading the team’s creative thinking to generate and develop concepts that provide original, appropriate, and effective solutions.

You will have an excellent working knowledge of web technologies and development processes. Any additional web development skills would be a bonus! (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, etc).
