Narvar is scaling! We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will leverage Narvar solutions to empower our commercial partners and drive business objectives forward. Our CSM’s share a commitment to delivering the best possible experiences to expand adoption, enhance customer advocacy and ensure client success. With enthusiasm and clarity, you will make data-driven recommendations to improve their customer experiences and drive value every step of the way.


  • Oversee the customer lifecycle to proactively drive satisfaction and retention, including owning the health and success of your customers from go-live through to renewal and expansion
  • Become a Narvar and retail industry evangelist, sharing the importance of a seamless and easy post-purchase experience
  • Use exemplary relationship management to build deep and meaningful relationships within your commercial customer base
  • Use data insights to proactively identify and lead process improvements while also collaborating with product and engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback. This effort further drives product development that maps back to the needs of Narvar’s customers
  • Partner with sales counterparts to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are planned, forecasted and actioned efficiently
  • Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization.
  • Build credibility and influence stakeholders via continual delivery of value propositions tailored to commercial customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience with a background in customer success and project management preferred
  • Talent for communicating technical details of potential issues to internal development teams
  • Passion for driving customer centricity by leveraging internal stakeholders such as sales, product, engineering and finance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to articulate the value proposition of a technology platform to meet client needs
  • Adept at cross functional collaboration across technical, financial, business and operating teams
  • Proven record of driving measurable customer outcomes and success
  • Keen multitasker who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping laser focused on detail
  • Solid domain knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
