We’re recruiting for a repairs contract supervisors working across both North and South Hampshire regions on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. Whilst we’ll try to keep you local, you’ll need to be prepared to travel to and work from our other locations in Hampshire.

Here’s The Facts About The Role
As a repairs contract supervisor, you’ll carry out pre/post/work in progress surveys to our properties to determine what repairs and maintenance works are needed to be carried out by our contractors. You’ll prepare detailed reports on these inspections, so a good building pathology knowledge is required. You’ll help with preparing detailed specifications for rechargeable works. With our focus on delivering a good customer experience, you’ll carry out complaint investigations and take action to resolve matters quickly. You will carry out the day to day management of our contractors, ensuring compliance to our KPI’s /SLA’s. You will organise and attend monthly contract meetings with our contractors, taking minutes and recording performance and spend.
You’ll have good overall knowledge and experience of providing a repairs & maintenance service, including health & safety processes and procedures. A good knowledge of Microsoft toolset is required. A qualification in surveying or contract management is desirable; we’ll happily consider qualified by experience too.
You need a full, clean current driving licence and access to your own vehicle (A mileage contribution will be paid) Offers are subject to a satisfactory online DVLA driving licence check, as well as a DBS check.
