We are also keen to innovate in new business areas. We are looking for a Document Controller to work with our Design and Build team at our Sherburn site near Malton, North Yorkshire. Your role will be to collate and distribute information from the design team and to the design team throughout the business and to various departments internally and externally. You’ll Record the status of the information, using a project/job specific numbering system and complete audits on a regular basis. This role will include duties such as uploading drawings and models to internal portals in line with contractual naming protocol. Downloading client information such as drawings and specifications from client websites. Recording the status of each document and its approvals and preparing construction packages for sites including documents and drawings. To be successful in this role you will need experience in a similar role using different systems and portals. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:15 - 16:40 and 08:15 - 13:15 on a Friday.
