Job Brief

This position is responsible for managing resource (re)deployment and movement with support of different teams across the globe on different client(s) keeping in loop the internal stakeholders. As the position leads complex functions, it will require dynamic leadership to effectively leverage the team to affect and drive the necessary changes in the business that will drive enhanced efficiency and use of resources.

The position will regularly collaborate with both senior leaders and site leaders to provide strategic, operational and tactical plans for resource deployment, a balanced and level-loaded workflow, and output expectations based upon demand and capacity analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Trusted Advisor to the respective Stakeholder(s) and Leadership team’s inline with Business model
  • Lead Capacity Forecasting activities to support respective Business needs/ Client needs
  • Review, manage and execute staffing of resource requests
  • Align staffing of billable personnel, maximizing ability to achieve billable utilization targets
  • Support the creation and development of a sub-capacity framework
  • Maintain regular interlock with partner team to meet the growth capacity
  • Ensure skills inventory, resumes and profiles of are updated and accurate in line with policy.
  • Contribute to professional services knowledge base through creation of best practices.
  • Manages workforce planning projects by establishing priorities and goals; developing action plans; obtaining and allocating resources; monitoring progress toward project milestones; organizing, facilitating, and directing cross-functional meetings to share information, evaluate progress, and implement changes; developing, implementing, and analyzing metrics to measure project success.
  • Drives the continuous improvement of workforce planning programs and processes by developing methodologies to report program and process performance; reporting key trends and compliance risks; analyzing new and historical performance data to determine root cause of issues; recommending and presenting remedies and solutions regarding compliance issues and risks; and working with senior management to finalize and implement solutions
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Create Weekly, Monthly Quarterly Account Specific Dashboards, Publish Demand Supply metrics
  • Mandate PowerPoint and Excel expertise.

What You Know

  • Experience working with statistical models, reporting or analytics-related tools (if any), and advanced Excel experience
  • Minimum 6 -8 Years of experience as Resource Management / Workforce Management in IT Service Based Organizations
